John found his way to yoga through his participation in sports and training for Ironman events. His practice graduated from the thought that yoga would be a great way to stretch, only to discover that the physical aspects of the practice were a tool allowing both athletics and personal life to open to limitless possibility.
Shortly after discovering his practice John left the corporate world to follow his dharma and share his passion for sports and yoga and to help inspire and lead people to find the greatest possibility within themselves. His practice is about taking what we experience on our mats and bringing it into the real world to Live Your Yoga.
Through a real world and functional approach to teaching yoga, students will learn to be a passionate and inspired teacher. A blend of meditation, a thorough understanding of anatomy and asana, practical teaching and leadership skills and an experiential and transformational training program, students will complete the program ready to teach others to Live Your Yoga in and off of their mats everyday.
